If you believe that you have something of value to add to the debates and conversations about the changing media landscape - then you need to be part of this event.

This is an event with a difference - we've identified a number of industry pioneers and thought leaders to act as keystones for an industry wide conversation.

We want to hear from as many contributors as possible...

Bookings close Monday 5th June at 12.30

If you are thinking of getting a ticket for Content 2.0 don't hang about as bookings will close at 12.30pm on Monday 5th June!

At this stage, all bookings must be made by credit or debit card - please select this option on the NMK website bookings page.

Registration is 8.20am-8.55am - we advise arriving no later than 8.45am if everyone is to be seated for the 9am session (latecomers will have to wait until 9.30 to be admitted to the conference auditorium). RSA Entrance for delegates is by the Home Street entrance (see venue map).

Robbie Williams' manager joins Beers & Innovation @ Content 2.0 line-up

Tim Clark, director of i:e Music and manager of Robbie Williams will be speaking in the Beers & Innovation @ Content 2.0 session, NMK can confirm.

Tim is widely respected throughout the industry for his innovative approach to music management and his support of digital media. A former Managing Director of Island Records where he worked with artsits including Bob Marley, Free, Steve Winwood, Nick Drake, King Crimson, Roxy Music, and Cat Stevens, Tim now looks after a roster including Craig Armstong and upcoming artists Sia, Mike Rosenberg Band, The Casuals and The Sweet Chap, alongside the globally succesful Robbie Williams.

Amnesty

Re-recordings of classic John Lennon tracks by Snow Patrol, Black-Eyed Peas, and The Cure are among the international repertoire of music, artist and supporter activity included in Amnesty International’s Make Some Noise campaign.

On the evening of 6th June 2006, Content 2.0 hosts a special outing of the NMK Beers & Innovation series hosted by In The City co-founder and Factory Records maverick Anthony H. Wilson with Amnesty among the guest speakers...

Wifi availability - are you blogging Content 2.0?

If you plan to blog Content 2.0 live or need to be online during the conference sessions, please get in touch.

We have wifi connections available at the RSA on the day, but we need to get your details and reserve your wifi space in advance as places are limited. Please email marketing(AT)nmk.co.uk with 'Content 2.0 - wifi' in the subject line and we will reserve your wifi booking.

mashup* connects for event partnership

The etribes life event mashup* has joined forces with NMK to co-promote our forthcoming events and connect the debates that are taking place.

etribes Life is a media partner of Content 2.0.

Launched in 2005, etribes Life provides a clean, simple personal publishing (blogging) service that anyone can use. The theme of the last mashup* event was: Personal Publishing - Beyond Blogging. The next mashup* is provisionally schedulde for 29th June.  http://www.etribes.com/mashup

Nicholas Roope from Poke London will be a guest contributor in the conference session Marketing 2.0 = Content 2.0.

Yahoo! keynote to focus on social search

'The Changing Face of Web Search' is set to be explored in a keynote speech from a leading Yahoo! specialist at the Content 2.0 conference.

Bradley Horowitz, Vice President of Product Strategy at Yahoo!, will be coming over from San Jose, California, to address the NMK conference held in the RSA on 6th June...

Who controls Content 2.0?

Content 2.0 is a collaborative effort. It stems from the themes, discussions and feedback generated by our 2005 conference 'In The City Interactive', held on 7 June at the ICA, and put into the context of developments in the nine months since.
